When you use our facial analysis features, you may provide a photo of your face. The photo itself is never stored permanently. Only the analysis results (metrics and scores) are retained.

4.2 Use

• Providing facial analysis insights requested by the user
• Allowing the user to track progress and improvements in their facial scores over time

4.3 Storage and Sharing

• Face photos are deleted immediately after processing.
• Only the resulting scores and metrics are securely stored.
• We never share face data or results with third parties, nor sell them.

4.4 Retention

Facial analysis results (scores and metrics) are kept for as long as the user maintains an active account, in order to provide historical progress. Users may request deletion of their results at any time.

5. Food Data

5.1 Collection

When using the food logging features, you may enter information about meals or consumption. Raw food entries are not stored permanently. Only the generated bloating/digestion scores are retained.

5.2 Use

• Providing insights on bloating and digestion based on meal inputs
• Helping the user track and understand how their eating habits affect their bloating scores over time

5.3 Storage and Sharing

• Meal entries are deleted after analysis.
• Only bloating scores are stored securely to enable user progress tracking.
• No food data or scores are ever shared with or sold to third parties.

5.4 Retention

Bloating and digestion scores are retained as long as the user maintains an active account. Users may request deletion of their results at any time.

6. Consent to Share Consumption Data with Apple

By using Bloated AI and making in-app purchases, you consent to us sharing limited information with Apple about your usage of purchased content, only as required for processing refund requests and in compliance with Apple’s policies.
