Welcome to Bloated AI. By downloading or using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Bloated AI provides AI-powered facial analysis, bloating detection, and personalized wellness insights. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the App or use it in any way that could harm us or others.

2. Account and Security

If you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In particular:

• Face Data: Photos are deleted after analysis. Only results (metrics and scores) are stored to allow you to track progress.
• Food Data: Raw meal entries are deleted after processing. Only bloating scores are stored to help track digestive progress.

By using the App, you consent to this collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App, including text, graphics, designs, algorithms, and AI models, are owned by Bloated AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services such as Firebase, RevenueCat, and AI processing services. We are not responsible for the policies, practices, or reliability of these third parties.

6. Health Disclaimer

The analyses and insights provided by Bloated AI are for informational and wellness purposes only. They are not medical, nutritional, or dermatological advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloated AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on analyses or recommendations. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play.
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.

9. Children’s Use

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
