How we collect, use, retain, and protect personal data when you apply for a role at ABD Co. Replace or extend with counsel-approved wording for the UAE and other jurisdictions where you recruit.

Who is responsible

ABD CORPORATE L.L.C-FZ (ABD Co.) is responsible for recruitment data you submit through our site, forms, or email. The hiring manager and HR coordinators access data on a need-to-know basis.

What we collect

How we use it

We use your data solely to assess fit, schedule interviews, communicate outcomes, and (with separate consent where required) to keep you in mind for future roles. We do not sell candidate data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

Depending on your region, processing may be based on steps prior to a contract, legitimate interest in hiring, or consent where we ask explicitly (e.g. talent pool). We will clarify when required.

Retention

If you are not selected, we typically delete or anonymise application data within twelve to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required by law or you join a talent pool with clear consent and expiry. Hired employee data is governed by employment policies.

Sharing

We may use processors (applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, form relay services). Those providers process data only on our instructions. Cross-border transfers use appropriate safeguards where required.
