Crash or bug
Open the app’s Settings or Profile screen and use the in-app “Help” or “Contact support” link when available. That option attaches useful diagnostics. Include device model, OS version, and steps to reproduce.

Billing & subscriptions
Mobile subscriptions are managed by Apple, Google, or the relevant store. You can view and cancel from your store account. If you were charged incorrectly, contact the store first; we can help trace receipts if you email us with the transaction ID.

For export or deletion requests, mention the exact app name and registered email. We process requests in line with our Privacy Policy.
