1. Who we are

The data controller for this site and for many group operations is ABD CORPORATE L.L.C-FZ, operating commercially as ABD Co., with headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Individual applications may name additional controllers or processors where required by app stores.

2. What we collect (website & forms)

• Identity and contact data you submit (name, email, phone, company, message content)
• Technical data from your browser (IP address, user agent, approximate region via standard logs)
• Correspondence history when you email us or reply to support threads

Contact forms on this site are relayed through FormSubmit (third-party processor) to deliver email to support@abdcorporate.com. FormSubmit’s own privacy terms apply to that transmission step.

3. What we collect (mobile & web apps)

Depending on the product, we may process account identifiers, usage analytics, crash diagnostics, payment status (via stores), push tokens, and content you create inside the app. Each app’s store listing and in-app notices provide specifics.

4. Face, photo & video data

Some of our creative applications (for example, Vydeyo AI) let you generate and edit videos that can contain a human face. We want to be explicit about how this works:

• No biometrics. We do not use Face ID, the TrueDepth camera, ARKit face tracking, facial recognition, or any biometric identification. We do not create, derive, or store faceprints, face geometry, or biometric templates, and we never use images or video to identify, authenticate, or track any individual.
• What we process. (a) AI-generated “actor” images created from the text prompts you write inside the app; and (b) photos or video clips you choose to bring in from your camera or photo library, which may contain a face. This media is used solely to produce the output you request — for example, animating an actor image so it lip-syncs your script.
• How & where it is processed and stored. Media you provide or generate is uploaded to our backend on Google Firebase / Google Cloud (United States) and sent to our AI processing providers — fal.ai (image/video generation and lip-sync) and Google Vertex AI (image/text generation) — strictly to render your requested output. These providers act as our processors and handle the media transiently to perform the generation; they do not use it to build biometric profiles.
• Sharing. We do not sell this data and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. It is disclosed only to the processors named above, only to deliver the feature you asked for.
• Retention & deletion. Your generated actors and finished creations are stored in your account so you can access them across devices. You can delete any individual actor or creation in the app at any time, or delete your entire account and content (in the app, Settings → “Erase my data”), which permanently removes your stored media and associated data from our systems. Transient copies held by our processors are removed in line with their own retention policies.

5. Purposes & legal bases

• Providing products and support (contract / legitimate interest)
• Improving reliability and security (legitimate interest)
• Complying with law and responding to lawful requests (legal obligation)
• Marketing where you have opted in or law allows soft opt-in (consent / legitimate interest)

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including statutory retention for tax and commerce records. Support tickets and form submissions are typically retained for a limited period unless litigation or compliance requires longer storage.

7. Sharing

We use infrastructure and tooling providers (hosting, email relay, analytics, crash reporting, payment processors through app stores). We do not sell personal data. Some processors operate outside the UAE; where required we implement appropriate safeguards.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact support@abdcorporate.com or use the form below.

9. Cookies

This marketing site is lightweight; we minimise cookies. Third-party embeds (e.g. fonts from Google) may set technical cookies according to their policies.
