2. Who we are
This website and many of the products referenced here are operated by ABD CORPORATE L.L.C-FZ, trading as ABD Co., headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Individual applications may be operated by group entities and are additionally governed by their own store listings and in-app terms.
3. Use of the website
- Use the site for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or submit false information through our forms.
4. Applications & separate terms
Our mobile and web applications are distributed through third-party stores (Apple App Store, Google Play and others). Your use of an application is also subject to that application’s own terms, the applicable store’s terms, and any subscription or purchase terms shown at checkout. Where an app-specific term conflicts with these Terms, the app-specific term governs for that app.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Paid features are billed by the relevant app store (not by this website). Prices, billing cycles, free trials, renewals and cancellations are managed in your store account and shown before purchase. Refunds are handled according to the store’s policy and applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its content, trademarks, logos, and the software behind our products are owned by ABD Co. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from them except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
7. Your submissions
Content you submit through our forms or provide to support (messages, files, feedback) remains yours, but you grant us a limited licence to use it to respond to you, operate and improve our services, and comply with law. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
8. Third-party services & links
We rely on third-party providers (hosting, email relay via FormSubmit, fonts, analytics, stores) and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.
9. Disclaimers
The website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABD Co. and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABD Co. and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or products or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence, the courts of Dubai (or the applicable free-zone authority) have jurisdiction over any dispute.
